1. Introduction

Welcome to GTDataGroup, home of TexasWorker and SocialableGrace (“the App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App, operated by GTDataGroup (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account by linking your Facebook & Instagram accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

      • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or any related systems or networks.

      • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of GTDataGroup or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App’s content without our prior written consent.

    6. SMS Messages

     

    By using our services, you consent to receive SMS messages from us, which may include account updates, promotional offers, and other important information related to your use of our platform. Message frequency will vary depending on your activity and preferences. Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. You are responsible for any fees or charges incurred as a result of receiving these messages. If you wish to opt out of receiving SMS communications, you may do so by following the instructions provided in each message or by contacting us at admin@gtdatagroup.com.

    7. Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GTDataGroup, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page with the updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
